How to make fudge in a sandwich bag
Okay here is another recipe you can try out with your boy scouts, or even your children when you are traveling. Maybe you have a sweet tooth, but you know that if you make that big pan full of chocolate fudge you will eat it all, and if you are like me you don’t need to eat it all. Well here you just make a little bit at a time, your children can make it.
You can break these ingredients down and make small proportions and make them in sandwich bags. Each child can have their own bag to knead. Put those busy hands to a job that they can get a benefit from, keeps them busy, and takes care of that sweet tooth. We all know we need more children with a sugar high. LOL. Boys on camp-outs can really get into this. They can sit around the fire and tell ghost stories and make fudge. Takes about 5 minutes of prep. time and 15 minutes to prepare. Serves 6-10. Check in out and see how the little ones like it.
Ingredients:
3 ounces of cream cheese
1 lb powered sugar
6 tablespoons hot cocoa mix or ½ cup cocoa
2 T butter
1 gallon Ziploc bag
1. Place all ingredients in the Ziploc bag. You may need to use a bag inside a bag.
2. Squish all ingredients together by hand. Mix for about 10 to 15 minutes. Open and enjoy.
